View/update your payment details
You can pay your monthly subscription by credit/debit card, direct debit or PayPal. To view or change your payment details, simply follow the steps below.
- If you subscribed via the Herald click here, if you subscribed via The Age click here
- Enter your log in details
- Click on payment method in the top navigation panel
- You can view your existing payment information or change your payment method as required
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you can manage your payment information via Apple or Google subscriptions.
When does my subscription renew?
For subscriptions billed monthly, we take payment on the same day of the month as when you purchased your subscription. So if you purchased your subscription on the 15th, you’ll be charged on the 15th of each month following.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
You can view/download your payment receipt via My Account.

- Enter your log in details
- Select the billing information tab in the top navigation panel
- Under Payment History, click on the invoice number you’d like to view and then download if required
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, your receipt will be emailed to you.
