To update your password at any time, please follow the steps below:
- Go to My Account (you may be prompted to log in again for security purposes)
- Click on Login details and select a new password as prompted.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply visit My Account, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link in the login box. You’ll be prompted to provide your email address and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Please note that by changing your password you will be logged out on all of your devices, for security purposes. The change may take up to 24 hours to complete across all devices and services.
